Domestic and International
  • Orders that are received on a certain day will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on Indonesian Public holidays.
  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days after having received the payment.
  • Our preferred service is provided by a third party courier service. Delivery can be expected within 5 to 7 business days for worldwide shipment except ODA (out of delivery area), Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm, ET and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Preferred Service is not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays.

  • Duties and taxes are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duties and taxes will vary by country. This cost will be born by the customer.

  • Domestic and International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. We will inform you via email if the items are ready for shipment.

  • At this time, gift packaging is unavailable for domestic and international shipments.

  • Domestic and International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single domestic and international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

  • The fuel surcharge for each shipment is assessed on the net freight charge and the following transportation-related surcharges:

    • Broker Routing Fee (Broker Select);

    • Out of Delivery Area (ODA);

    • Out of Pickup Area (OPA);

    • Residential Delivery Surcharge (RESI);

    • Saturday Delivery (SDL); and,

    • Saturday Pickup (SPU).

  • Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates “can not be guaranteed”. The shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
  • All items that are bought through De’mor will not be exchangeable / returnable / refundable due to dissatisfaction with the item except due to defects / item error, however exchange should be approved by our management and one time only. Exchange cannot be done if customer buy the product by using the promotion voucher. Exchange can be done by filling in the Exchange Form in the ‘’shipping and exchange’’ page.
  • Exchange voucher code and promotion voucher code cannot use for "SALE" items.
  • We do not REFUND AND EXCHANGE your money if the product doesn’t meet your expectation. Refund can be done if the item is not available. 
  • We will not refund your original domestic and international shipping charges unless the exchange is permitted by our management approval. Additionally, we will not refund customs, duties, taxes/VAT, promotion voucher and convenience fee.
  • Should you find a defected item upon receiving your parcel, kindly write to our customer service at within 3 working days, together with the photos of the defected item attached. This would allow us to investigate the issue, prior you returning the item to us.
  • If the item or product is not in good condition when you received it, and you want to exchange the item, you must fill in the form, within 14 days of receiving your order, in the website Shipping & Exchange Product Form or send an email to that contains:
    • Order Number
    • Email Address
    • Product Name
    • Details of products
    • Reason why you exchange
  • The item that you wish to exchange, should be presented in good condition with the tag on it, no smell of perfume, must be unworn and unwashed. Please be sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase before removing the “Do Not Remove” TAG, as these items must have this tag still attached for exchange.
  • Items marked “SALE” may not be returned or exchanged.
  • After approval by our management, you can then post the parcel/package back to DE’MOR.  You are responsible for the postage costs of the returned article. We hold the right not to accept returned parcels/packages and envelopes where the postage costs have not been completely paid for. Please note that parcels/packages which are returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval by us will not be accepted.
  • Our management will give acknowledgement/approval for the exchange that has been permitted. Our management will provide the voucher code (one time use) to the customer (include shipping cost) to make a new order. You are responsible for the new postage costs, tax and convenience fee of receiving the exchangeable item.
  • We can’t guarantee the availability of the product that you wish to receive in exchange. However you can always choose an other product to exchange for the same price as you purchased before or higher price.
